当前,水电工程建设高峰期暂时已过,行业进入了“后水电时代”。在新的发展阶段,各大设计院面临的市场竞争和发展压力空前巨大,如何正确应对新的市场环境是摆在每一位水电工作者面前的重大问题。工程造价专业在我国水电事业发展过程中一直具有重要的地位。本文立足于我国当前水电市场的新变化,适时的提出水电设计院工程造价专业新的发展方向及理念,以供参考。
At present, the peak period of hydropower construction has temporarily passed, and the industry has entered the post-hydropower era. In the new stage of development, the pressure on market competition and development facing major design institutes is unprecedentedly huge. How to deal with the new market environment correctly is a major issue for every hydropower worker. The construction cost profession has always played an important role in the development of hydropower in our country. Based on the new changes in the current hydropower market in our country, this paper puts forward a new development direction and concept of engineering cost engineering in Hydropower Design Institute in time for reference.
