目的:观察血液肿瘤患者应用COBE Spectra血细胞分离机进行治疗性血液成分单采和血浆置换的临床疗效,分析影响其效果的相关因素。方法:对57例患者应用Spectra血细胞分离机进行69次治疗性血液成分单采和置换,分析临床效果和实验室指标的改善情况。结果:通过对急性白血病(AL)、慢性白血病(CL)、多发性骨髓瘤(MM)、血小板增多症(PV)等57例患者的治疗,血液成分单采和置换能快速、有效、选择性地减少患者血液中的病理性成分,促进临床症状和体征好转。结论:血细胞分离机进行治疗性血液成分单采和置换是临床上治疗血液系统疾患简洁而有效的辅助手段。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of apheresis and plasma exchange of therapeutic blood components by using COBE Spectra blood cell separator in patients with hematological malignancies, and to analyze the related factors that affect its efficacy. Methods: Fifty-seven patients were treated with Spectra blood cell separator for 69 episodes of apheresis and permutation of therapeutic blood components, and the clinical effect and improvement of laboratory indexes were analyzed. Results: The apheresis and transplants of blood components were rapid, effective and selective through the treatment of 57 patients with acute leukemia (AL), chronic leukemia (CL), multiple myeloma (MM) and thrombocythemia To reduce the patient’s pathological blood components, and promote clinical symptoms and signs of improvement. Conclusion: Hemocellularizer is a simple and effective adjunct to the treatment of hematological disorders in clinical practice.
