一、引言 关於锰能够去掉钢中的氧在100年以前人们就已经知道了,贝氏麦操作法只是在採用穆舍德的建议——用锰鐵脱氧後才得到发展。 按照老的方法,熔炼过程中熔池的含锰量不低於0.2%甚至0.25%,那时冶金工作者认为: 1)锰有脱氧作用,可防止熔池过氧化。 2)熔池中的氧化锰与二氧化矽结合生成易熔性的MnO·SiO_2而起洗刷熔池中非金属夹杂物的作用。
I. INTRODUCTION As far as manganese was concerned, it was known 100 years ago that manganese was able to remove the oxygen from steel. The method of using Behçet wheat was only based on the proposal of Mohshed - developed only after deoxidation with ferromanganese. According to the old method, the molten pool manganese content of the melting process is not less than 0.2% or even 0.25%, when the metallurgists think: 1) Manganese has a deoxidizing effect, which can prevent over oxidation of the molten pool. 2) The combination of manganese oxide and silicon dioxide in the molten pool generates fusible MnO · SiO 2 to act as a non-metallic inclusion in the scouring pool.
