公安县自1985年成立会计事务管理股以来,在会计工作的法制化、科学化、规范化以及财会人员业务培训等方面,作了不少工作。最近为了增强广大财会人员的法制观念,强化管理职能,特以县政府名义发出通知,对会计工作管理作出四条规定: 一、对会计人员实行任用制,会计人员凭任用证上岗。方法是:先由用人单位推荐人员,经会计工作管理部门会同主管部门考核认可后,再由会计工作管理部门签发任用证,任用期一般为三年。二、建立会计岗位责任制,年终考核、奖惩。凭任用证上岗的会计人员,均与会计工作管理部门签订责任书,明确会计核算规范,会计监督的职责
