皮脂腺的恶性肿瘤属于罕见肿瘤,位于眼眶者还未见报导。现将我们见到的1例眼眶部皮脂腺癌报告如下。患者贾××,男,12岁。住院号120339。右眼眶上缘包块进行性增大10年于1983年8月21日入院。患儿出生后两岁即发现右眼眶上缘有1枣核大块包,无疼痛及其它不适。入院前1个月,该包块迅速长大至鸡蛋大,中心有黄白色脓性分泌物溢出。无霰粒肿及其它眼病史。眼部检查,视力右眼1.0,左眼1.0。左眼检查正常。右眼眶上缘可见6×6Cm大肿瘤,质硬,压痛明显,与皮肤及周围组织广泛粘连,不能移动。肿瘤表面溃烂,边界不清,内外侧至眉弓两端,上至眉弓上方,下至上眼脸,占上脸上三分之
