学校管理取得成功主要取决于两个方面,一是校长是否在做正确的事,即确定的目标要切合学校发展实际。二是能否将事情做正确,即选择的方法要有利于目标的实现。这其中,决策就成为学校管理的核心,成为校长工作能否取得成效的关键。因此,要想提高学校管理水平,必须首先提高校长的决策水平。校长的德、能、学、识不一,决策结果就会截然不同,但无论如何,我认为校长决策
