近年来,由于新型减摩、耐磨塑料的不断出现,为提高机器使用性能提供了新的重要途径,并得到各部门的广泛注意,出现了各种新的成型方法。根据机床导轨的特点,我们结合国内塑料生产情况,选用低压聚乙烯和尼龙两种减摩、耐磨材料,采取火焰喷涂的方法来提高机床的使用寿命。国外塑料喷涂防蚀工艺已得到广泛应用。但在机床导轨上尚未正式使用。1959年,北京化工研究院首先进行了喷涂成型方法的试验研究工作,1963年初,为了提高机床导轨的耐磨性,我们又针对机床导轨的特点,做了比较系统的试验研宄,取得了初步结论。经去年3月全国设备维修学术议上介绍以后,在设备维修中塑料喷涂工艺得到了较普遍的推广。除机床行业外,铁道、化工、建工等许多部门也开始了这方面的应用和试
In recent years, due to the continuous appearance of the new type of anti-friction and wear-resistant plastic, new important ways have been provided for improving the serviceability of the machine. Various kinds of new molding methods have emerged due to the widespread attention of various departments.
