During the exhibition of the U.S. Economic and Trade Fair in China in late November 1980, we held technical discussions with two engineers and technicians of the Isman Incline Tools Company. They talked about the latest technologies for directional drilling in the United States. They include two major components, first of all, the fabrication tools and methods, and the second is how to monitor the resulting holes.
