为加快农村中小学教育发展,促进教育公平,中央和政府对农村中小学实施了两免一补,取得很好的效果。但是我们农村中小学教育还有很多问题要解决,还有很长的路要走。

To speed up the development of primary and secondary education in rural areas and promote fair education, the central government and the government have implemented two exemptions and one subsidy for primary and secondary schools in rural areas and achieved good results. However, there are still many problems in our primary and secondary education in rural areas to be solved. There is still a long way to go.
