今年52岁的李焕钰原是长沙市望月湖中心医院的院长。从1989年到1999年10年间,他把一个原本默默无闻的基层医院,一举办成了湖南第一家社区医疗服务先进单位。李焕钰的事业中,贯穿着两条始终平行发展的主线:一是社区医疗服务;二是他发明的中医药治疗结石病的“绿色排石散”。他在这两项事业中都取得令人钦服的成功。2001年3月15日,根据湖南省卫生厅的推荐,记者走访了望月湖小区,随机调查医疗服务情况,这个小区的群众对小区的医疗服务大都持满意态度,不少人都熟悉李焕钰本人。在和其它服务相比之下,望月湖小区的社区医疗服务在这个消费者权益日中获得了最高分。随后,记者见到了李焕钰。
Li Huan Yu, 52, is the dean of Changsha Mochizukihu Central Hospital. From 1989 to 10 years in 1999, he turned a formerly unknown grassroots hospital into one of Hunan’s first community medical service advanced units. Li Huan Yu’s career, runs through the two main lines of development has always been parallel: First, community health services; Second, he invented the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of stone disease, “green row scattered stone.” He has made impressive successes in both undertakings. March 15, 2001, according to recommendations of the Hunan Provincial Department of Health, the reporter visited the Moon Lake area, a random survey of medical services, the community of people living in the district are mostly satisfied with the medical services, many people are familiar with Li Huan Yu himself. Compared with other services, community health services in Moyue Lake Community got the highest score on this Consumer Rights Day. Subsequently, the reporter saw Li Huan Yu.
