960例受检者用二维超声心动图诊断左室假腱索104例,占10.83%。同时用心阻抗微分图分析其波形及血液动力学的变化,左室假腱索患者心阻抗微分波可分四种类型:即单峰型,升支低位切迹型,升支高位切迹型,双峰型。波型的畸变率为78.85%。单峰型及升支低位切迹型患者血液动力学无明显变化,而升支高位切迹型与双峰型患者其心功能较差。
960 cases of subjects with two-dimensional echocardiography diagnosis of left ventricular false tendons in 104 cases, accounting for 10.83%. At the same time, the impedance profile was used to analyze the changes of its waveform and hemodynamics. There are four types of differential impedance in left ventricular pseudo-tendon patients: unimodal type, ascending type, ascending type, Bimodal type. Wave distortion rate of 78.85%. Patients with unimodal and ascending branch low profile had no significant changes in hemodynamics, whereas those with ascending and descending signs and bimodal patterns had poorer cardiac function.
