满意度是指一个人通过对一个产品的可感知效果与他的期望值相比较后,所形成的愉悦或失望的感觉状态。居民对社区卫生服务的满意度直接影响到社区卫生服务的利用情况、居民的生活质量以及幸福指数,影响我国医疗改革中社区卫生服务体系建设的推进。故提高社区卫生服务满意度有着重要意义。本文在深入研究各方因素的基础上,利用卫生服务满意度评价模型,对北京市18个区县社区卫生服务满意度进行评价,并为进一步政策制定执行提出建议。
Satisfaction refers to the state of pleasure or disappointment that a person creates by comparing the perceived effect of a product with his expectation. Residents’ satisfaction with community health services has a direct impact on the utilization of community health services, the quality of life of residents and the happiness index, which will affect the promotion of community health service system construction in China’s medical reform. Therefore, improving community health service satisfaction is of great significance. Based on an in-depth study of various factors, this paper evaluates the satisfaction degree of community health services in 18 districts and counties in Beijing by using the evaluation model of satisfaction with health services and makes recommendations for further policy formulation and implementation.
