从国家大力支持职业教育以来,职教体系越来越完善。选择职业教育的学生,在政策上还有相应的照顾。因此,学生选择职业教育的势头连年逐升。很多职业教育学校出现了尴尬的局面,笔者所在的地区班级人数在50-60人,甚至达到70人左右,大班化的职业教育存在着诸多现实的困难。如何有效的开展职业教育教学对广大实训教师提出了严峻的考验。本文的笔者是从事在职业教育的最前沿,提出了从思考创新教学设计出发,解决现实问题,仅供广大一线实训指导教师参考。
Vigorously support vocational education since the country, vocational education system is more and more perfect. Students choose vocational education, there are policies to take appropriate care. Therefore, the trend of students choosing vocational education has been increasing year after year. Many vocational education schools embarrassed the situation, the author where the regional population of 50-60 people, or even up to 70 people, there are many practical difficulties in the class of vocational education. How to effectively carry out the teaching of vocational education for the majority of practical training teachers put forward a severe test. The author of this article is engaged in the forefront of vocational education, proposed starting from the thinking of innovative teaching design, solve practical problems, for the general first-line training of instructors reference.
