随着对生物膜在细胞生理活动中所担负作用认识的日益深化,研究毒物对生物膜的作用,由此而产生的膜毒理学(membrane toxicology),引起了毒理学家的极大关注。这是毒理学发展的又一崭新分支。目前,随着膜分子生物学特别是生物物理技术的广泛应用,大大地促进了膜毒理学的发展。迄今,膜毒理学已包括研究毒物对膜生物物理性质、生物化学性质以及膜成份和形态结构的影响等许多方面。本文拟从这几方面,就生物物理技术在膜毒理学
With the increasing understanding of the role of biomembranes in cellular physiology, the study of the effects of poisons on biofilms has resulted in a great deal of attention from toxicologists. This is another brand new branch of toxicology. At present, with the extensive application of membrane molecular biology, especially biophysical technology, the development of membrane toxicology is greatly promoted. To date, membrane toxicology has included the study of the effects of poisons on the biophysical, biochemical, and membrane composition and morphological properties of membranes.
