国家教委下达了《全国中小学校长任职条件和岗位要求(试行)》,这是中小学选拔、任用、考核、培训校长的基本依据,是校长队伍建设的一件大事,关系到基础教育事业的改革和发展。目前,我省各地已按照国家教委这个文件精神,积极采取措施,整顿校长队伍,实行岗位培训。本刊自本期起,开辟《行政学校》专栏,意在发表学校行政管理,校长素质提高的理论文章和实践经验,为校长进修、交流经验,提供资料和园地。稿件力求理论联系实际,具有针对性和实用性。欢迎教育理论工作者和广大教职工积板撰写稿件。
The State Education Commission issued the “National Primary and Secondary School Principals’ Terms of Service and Post Requirements (Trial)”, which is the basic basis for the selection, appointment, assessment, and training of principals in primary and secondary schools.
