预制横向空心混凝土条形板是灌芯装配式混凝土板的预制构件,对受力钢筋分别为8和6的两种预制横向空心混凝土条形板试件进行静力加载试验。试验结果表明:试件的实际极限承载力高于理论计算极限承载力,属于受弯构件塑性破坏方式;试件的开裂荷载较施工阶段预制横向空心混凝土条形板需承载的荷载大,能够满足试件在施工阶段挠度、裂缝的要求;而且预留孔洞对试件抗弯刚度的影响很小,采用刚度解析法进行开裂后刚度计算具有安全储备。
The precast transverse hollow concrete slab is a prefabricated component of the core-filled concrete slab. Static loading tests are conducted on two kinds of precast transverse hollow concrete slab specimens of 受8 and 6, respectively. The experimental results show that the ultimate ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen is higher than the theoretical ultimate bearing capacity, which belongs to the plastic failure mode of the flexural members. The cracking load of the specimens is larger than the load to be carried by the prefabricated horizontal hollow concrete strip in the construction stage, The deflection and crack of the test piece in the construction stage are required. Moreover, the influence of the reserved hole on the bending rigidity of the test piece is very small. The stiffness analysis method after the crack has a safe reserve.
