该文参考国际植物种子检验规程和农作物种子检验规程的方法,测定了不同产地药用牡丹种子质量,探索药用牡丹种子质量检验方法,为制定药用牡丹种子检验规程和质量标准提供依据。初步建立了药用牡丹种子质量检验方法,药用牡丹种子净度分析送检样本最少7 000 g,试验本最少700 g;真实性鉴定采用种子外观形态比较;千粒重测定采用百粒法;含水量测定采用低恒温烘干法10 h;室温清水浸泡24 h,黑暗条件下昼夜变温层积(20℃,12 h和25℃,12 h)60 d后,用300 mg·L-1GA3浸泡种子24 h,以砂中作为发芽床,在15℃光照条件下萌发,发芽首末次计数时间为12~60 d;生活力测定采用TTC染色法。
In this paper, with reference to the International Plant Seeds Inspection Regulations and crop seed testing procedures, the quality of medicinal Peony seeds in different areas was determined, and the methods for testing the quality of medicinal peony seeds were explored.
