随着经济的发展和社会需求的不断变化,武术专业的人才需求也发生了改变,必须进行改革,才能跟上时代发展。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法等研究方法,对目前武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养主要的问题进行分析,提出武术与民族传统体育专业培养体系改革的对策:拓宽招生渠道,控制招生规模;改革培养目标和培养模式;加大实践教学力度,完善实践教学环节;加快本地特色课程建设等。
With the development of economy and the constant change of social needs, the demand for professional talents of Wushu has also changed. It is necessary to carry out reforms in order to keep pace with the development of the times. This article analyzes the main problems of Wushu and traditional national sports professionals training by means of literature, logic and expert interviews, and puts forward some countermeasures to reform Wushu and traditional national physical education system: to broaden enrollment channels, Control enrollment scale; reform training objectives and training mode; increase practical teaching, improve the practice teaching links; speed up the construction of local characteristics courses.
