患者男,23岁。未婚,农民。1986—01—15收入院。患者于10个月前自觉左颌下渐生一肿物。生长缓慢,无痛。口服消炎药物疗效不显。肿物时大时小,但渐长,大时微痛。口内自觉有苦咸味,偶有丝状粘液自舌下溢出。全身检查:左上睑下垂。余未见异常。口腔颌面外科检查:左颌下区可见一略突出于皮肤表面之肿物,约4cm×4cm。实质性,中等硬,表面无红肿,无炎性水肿。肿物表面触诊呈结节状,与皮肤不粘连,周围界线
