改革是当今世界的普遍主题,也是员工所面对的主要环境压力来源之一。员工如何看待变革,在什么情况下、在多大程度上接受变革,是值得研究的问题,对于组织有效地设计、实施和推动变革,有重要意义和实践价值。本文以民航业的改革为例,剖析了员工针对变革的种种心态,提取出有关的心理和行为特征,对变革管理提供了有关参考。
Reform is a common theme in today’s world and one of the main sources of environmental stress that employees face. How employees perceive change, under what circumstances, to what extent to accept change is a question worth studying, and it is of great significance and practical value for the organization to effectively design, implement and promote change. Taking the reform of civil aviation industry as an example, this paper analyzes all kinds of mentality of employees in response to change, extracts the relevant psychological and behavioral characteristics, and provides reference for change management.
