本文首次报道了吸烟时大鼠血浆心房肽(AP)的变化及其与血流动力学变化的关系。对照组大鼠AP水平与体血管阻力(SVR)呈正相关,与心指数(CI)呈负相关。吸烟时大鼠动脉血压及SVR显著增高,AP增加27.5%,但无统计学意义,AP与SVR、CI的相关关系逆转。本文对此意外结果的可能机制进行了讨论。
This paper reports for the first time the changes of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (AP) in smoking rats and its relationship with hemodynamic changes. The levels of AP in the control group were positively correlated with the vascular resistance (SVR) and negatively correlated with the cardiac index (CI). Arterial blood pressure and SVR were significantly increased in smoking rats, AP increased by 27.5%, but not statistically significant, AP and SVR, CI correlation reversed. This article discusses possible mechanisms for this unexpected result.
