随着经济全球化进程的加快,各国企业逐渐走出国门,走向世界。跨国企业的对外投资已经成为经济全球化的主要推动力。经济全球化的发展改变着国际经济分工的格局,各国政府对国际市场范围内的生产资源的配置越来越重视。世界经济发展的历史告诉我们:一个国家经济的强大必须是对外投资大国。我国要想实现从经济大国向经济强国的转变就必须顺应潮流,不断加快对外投资步伐。目前,中国已经将“走出去”战略列为国家战略。近年来,随着我国对外经济的不断发展,“走出去”战略已经取得了一定的成果,但就总体而言,对“走出去”战略的优化升级还有待深化,而实现的路径也还有待研究。本文将就我国对外直接投资的路径选择进行探讨。

At present, China has listed its “going out” strategy as a national strategy. In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s foreign economy, some achievements have been made in the strategy of “going out”. However, on the whole, the optimization and upgrading of the strategy of “going out” need to be deepened, and the The path has yet to be studied.
