1/3LD_(50)剂量的三尖杉酯碱,高三尖杉酯碱和半合成三尖杉酯碱给药后都使G_1 期的P_(353)白血病细胞向 S期移行受到延迟,而引起G_1％增高,同时引起S％和 G_2+M％减少。48小时后基本恢复至对照水平。G_1 期进入S期的延迟可能与蛋白质合成受抑制有关。
