霍奇金淋巴瘤((Hodgkin lymphoma,HL)是艾滋病病人抗病毒治疗(Anti-retroviral therapy,ART)后常见的恶性肿瘤之一。武汉大学中南医院艾滋病中心从2004年初至2012年底,共诊治艾滋病合并恶性肿瘤病人130余例,其中HL 3例。艾滋病病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)相关HL可能不是本地区感染HIV人群常见的恶性肿瘤,但积极诊治可有效控制该类疾病。文章回顾总结了3例HIV-HL的诊治过程,以指导临床治疗。1临床资料病例1:男,51岁。因左颈部淋巴结肿大1个月
Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is one of the common malignant tumors after AIDS virus anti-retroviral therapy (ART), and AIDS Center of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from early 2004 to the end of 2012, More than 130 patients with malignant tumor, including 3 cases of HL.Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) -related HL may not be the common malignant tumor in HIV-infected population in the region, but active diagnosis and treatment can effectively control the disease.Review summarizes the 3 cases of HIV-HL diagnosis and treatment process to guide the clinical treatment .1 clinical data Case 1: male, 51 years old due to left cervical lymph node enlargement for 1 month
