Objective To investigate the changes of perioperative peripheral blood T lymphoid and immunoglobulin levels in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 78 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery in a hospital from November 2009 to December 2011 were selected as the observation group and 78 healthy persons as the control group during the same period. The control group and the observation group were divided into two groups: preoperative, postoperative 3d and postoperative 7d Blood T lymphocytes and immunoglobulin levels were detected and compared. Results The levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 / CD8, IgA, IgM and IgG in the observation group decreased first and then decreased, and the levels of CD8 + increased first and then decreased in the observation group at 7 and 7 days after operation. Compared with the control group, There was statistical significance, P <0.05, while laparoscopic surgery patients compared with the control group no significant difference, P> 0.05. Conclusion The changes of perioperative peripheral blood T lymphocytes and immunoglobulins in patients with gastric cancer have a positive effect on understanding the development of the disease and are of guiding significance for the choice of surgical procedures.
