产业集群具有聚集效应、共生效应、协同效应、激励效应与晕轮效应,是当今产业组织发展的重要特征之一。县域内产业集群的形成与发展,会有效地组合区域内的经济与社会资源,增强区域经济的竞争力。引导和培育县域经济产业集群发展,将是“十一五”期间推动四川省经济快速协调发展的重要措施。
Industrial clusters have clustering effect, symbiotic effect, synergistic effect, incentive effect and halo effect, which is one of the important characteristics of the development of industrial organization. The formation and development of industrial clusters within the county will effectively combine the economic and social resources within the region and enhance the competitiveness of the regional economy. To guide and nurture the development of county economic industrial clusters will be an important measure to promote the rapid and coordinated economic development in Sichuan Province during the 11th Five-year Plan period.
