本文对目前中职学生在体育锻炼意识、兴趣等方面存在的问题进行了分析,通过问卷调查的方式,调查在校学生对体育运动项目的兴趣,并提出了培养中职学生体育锻炼兴趣的途径。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of secondary vocational students in physical exercise consciousness, interest and so on. Through the way of questionnaire survey, it investigates the students ’interest in physical education project and puts forward some ways to cultivate secondary vocational students’ interest in physical exercise. .
