各区、县级市人民政府。市府直属各单位:为贯彻《国务院办公厅关于坚决防止发生重大特大火灾事故的紧急通知》(国办发明电[1994]38号)和省公安厅有关指示精神,吸取新疆、辽宁、吉林等地发生特大火灾的教训,防止和杜绝群死群伤火灾事故,市政府决定,从现在起至1995年春节前,对全市营业性卡拉 OK 歌舞厅、影剧院、大型商场、集贸市场以及宾馆、饭店、高层建筑等人员密集的公共场所,进行一次全面的消防安全大检查。现将有关要求通知如下:一、迅速传达贯彻,加强宣传教育各级政府、各级领导要认真迅速地传达《国务院办公厅关于坚决防止发生
