目的浅析近年医院病案管理中存在的问题,及时修改,提高病案的开发和利用价值。方法通过人员素质、分工流程、计算机管理和病案利用等方面分析医院病案管理工作。结果以科学的手段加强病案管理,有利于实施医院对病案的专业化和规范化管理。结论针对医院病案管理工作中的问题,提出相应的对策,提高病案的利用价值提供参考意见。
Objective To analyze the existing problems in hospital medical record management in recent years, and to modify them in time so as to enhance the value of the development and utilization of medical records. Methods The hospital medical record management was analyzed through personnel quality, labor division process, computer management and medical record utilization. The results of scientific means to strengthen the management of medical records is conducive to the implementation of hospital medical records of professional and standardized management. Conclusions Aiming at the problems in hospital medical record management, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for improving the utilization value of medical records.
