两们利可亚资源丰富,苏联政府十分重视对这一地区的开发。到六十年代末,投资总额已达近千亿卢布,相继建成了一批大、中型企业,不少产品在全苏独占鳌头,其中石油产量占全苏的1/2多,天然气占1/3强,发电量占1/6多,煤炭占1/3,成为苏联的重要经济区。西伯利亚地区在短时间内取得如此巨大的成就,是因为苏联采取了以下一些重要措施。
Both are rich resources, the Soviet government attaches great importance to the development of this region. By the end of 1960s, the total investment reached nearly 100 billion rubles, and a number of large and medium-sized enterprises have been built one after another. Many products dominate in the whole of Jiangsu Province, including more than 1/2 of the total oil output and 1/3 of natural gas Strong, power generation accounted for more than 1/6, coal accounted for 1/3, became the Soviet Union’s important economic zone. The great achievements of Siberia in such a short period of time are due to the following important measures taken by the Soviet Union.
