近年来我们以金钱草为主药治疗泌尿系结石,肝胆结石皆取得满意疗效。最近遇到二例应用该药引起过敏的病例,现报道如下: 例一 吴××,女,32岁,农民。因左侧腰腹掣痛于1993—5—1日以腹痛原因待查收入外科病房。经一周治疗后,病人腰腹疼痛反而加重。B超提示:膀胱结石。外科行手术治疗而患者惧怕手术,要求保守治疗而转中医科。5—9日给予汤剂以金钱草60g为主
In recent years, we treated the urinary calculi with cashew-grass as the main drug, and the hepatobiliary stones achieved satisfactory results. Recently, two cases of allergies caused by the use of this drug have been reported. The following are reported: Case 1 Wu X, female, 32 years old, farmer.
