目的调查医院ICU鼠标和键盘表面的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)污染情况,并对干预效果进行评价。方法选择杭州地区5家医院的6个ICU,2013年7月-2014年6月采取每日用消毒湿巾擦拭鼠标和电脑键盘表面进行擦拭消毒的干预措施,比较干预前后鼠标和键盘表面MRSA污染程度。结果干预后ICU鼠标和键盘表面MRSA阳性率由干预前的23.3%下降为0.4%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论消毒湿巾擦拭能有效降低鼠标和键盘表面的MRSA污染程度,从而降低ICU内耐药菌交叉传播的风险。
Objective To investigate the contamination of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in the hospital ICU mouse and keyboard, and to evaluate the intervention effect. Methods Six ICUs in 5 hospitals in Hangzhou area were selected. From July 2013 to June 2014, daily interventions such as wiping the mouse and computer keyboard with disinfectant wipes to wipe disinfection were performed. The MRSA contamination on mouse and keyboard surface was compared before and after intervention degree. Results After the intervention, the positive rate of MRSA on mouse and keyboard surfaces decreased from 23.3% before intervention to 0.4%, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.001). Conclusion Disinfection wipes can effectively reduce the MRSA contamination on mouse and keyboard surfaces and reduce the risk of cross-resistance of drug-resistant bacteria in ICU.
