目的调查门诊中青年患者的焦虑抑郁状况并对其影响因素分析。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)自我评定抑郁量表(SDS)对门诊438例中青年患者进行问卷调查,比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度等对患者焦虑及抑郁水平的影响。结果焦虑及抑郁程度上女性患者高于男性(P<0.05):年龄愈高,文化程度愈高,对疾病了解的程度愈低。对医护工作不满意程度愈高则焦虑分值愈高(P<0.05)。结论性别、年龄、文化程度、对医护的满意程度及对疾病的了解程度均影响患者就诊时的焦虑水平,它们之间具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression status of outpatients in young patients and analyze the influential factors. Methods A total of 438 young and middle-aged patients in the outpatient department were surveyed by SAS self-rating depression scale (SDS) to compare the effects of different gender, age and education level on anxiety and depression. Results The level of anxiety and depression were higher in female patients than in male patients (P <0.05). The higher the age, the higher the educational level, the lower the degree of understanding of the disease. The higher the level of dissatisfaction with medical care, the higher the anxiety score (P <0.05). Conclusion The gender, age, educational level, satisfaction with health care and the degree of understanding of the disease all affect the level of anxiety at the time of treatment, which is related to each other.
