At the end of 2004, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the “Provisional Regulations on the Management of Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures and Cooperative Radio and Television Program Production and Operation Enterprises”, and made specific provisions on the entry of foreign funds into China’s radio and television program production.
