近年来,我国生鲜食品的安全问题屡见报端,引发了消费者对食品安全的信任危机。相关规制部门纷纷出台各种措施,取得了一定的成就。但是事后规制总是要耗费巨额的人力物力资本,效果却不那么乐观。因此,借鉴美国先进的发展经验,引入HACCP认证体系,增强预防性规制就显得尤为必要。
In recent years, the safety of fresh food in our country is often reported, triggering a crisis of confidence in food safety for consumers. Relevant regulatory departments have introduced various measures and made some achievements. However, after-hours regulation always consumes a huge amount of manpower and material capital, the effect is not so optimistic. Therefore, drawing on the advanced experience of the United States, it is necessary to introduce the HACCP certification system and strengthen preventive regulation.
