当今中国社会已处于一个重要的转型时期,全球化和信息化的凸显是我国当前社会最为鲜明的变化。教师只有解放自己,才能解放学生;教师只有创造自己,才能造就学生。新课改首先挑战教师的教学观念,挑战教师的知识结构,挑战教师的能力结构。为此,我们提出教育必须要真正践行“人”的教育。然而,在教育过程中,教师的地位和作用是任何技术手段都无法取代的,同时也对“谁能当教师”提出了更高的要求:
Today’s Chinese society is at an important period of transition. The highlight of globalization and informatization is the most distinctive change in our country’s society. Teachers can liberate students only by liberating themselves; teachers can only create students if they create themselves. The new curriculum reform first challenges teachers’ teaching concepts, challenges the teacher’s knowledge structure and challenges the teacher’s ability structure. To this end, we propose that education must truly practice “human” education. However, in the education process, the status and role of teachers can not be replaced by any technical means, but also put forward higher requirements on who can be a teacher:
