钻孔灌注桩由于具有施工简单、施工速度快、噪声小、承载力高、适应各种地质条件等优点,因而广泛用于高层建筑、桥梁、码头、厂房的建设中,成为各种基础类型中采用最多的桩型之一。自从20世纪90年代以来,灌注桩年使用量超过100万根,在大型建筑中,用于基础的费用有时可达土建总造价的1/4-1/3。本文主要结合我国某地区客运专线施工工程中的一桥梁基础案例,重点探讨了钻孔灌注桩施工技术在该桥梁基础中的应用,并探讨了相关的质量控制等措施。
Bored piles are widely used in the construction of high-rise buildings, bridges, wharfs and workshops as a result of simple construction, fast construction speed, low noise, high bearing capacity and adaptability to various geological conditions, One of the most used piles. Since the 1990s, the use of bored piles has exceeded 1 million annually. In large buildings, the cost for foundations can sometimes amount to 1 / 4-1 / 3 of the total cost of construction. Based on a case study of a bridge in the construction of passenger dedicated railway lines in a certain area of our country, this paper mainly discusses the application of the construction technology of bored pile in the bridge foundation and discusses the relevant quality control measures.
