基于铜(Ⅱ)对刚果红溶液与紫外光发生光化学反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。线性范围0-02ug/ml,相对标准偏差在0.49%-3.82%之间,标准加入回收率为97%-103%。用环境土壤标准样品对照分析,结果与标准参考值相符。
Based on the catalytic effect of copper (Ⅱ) on the photochemical reaction of Congo red solution with ultraviolet light, a new method for the determination of trace copper was established. The linear range was 0 - 02 ug / ml, with relative standard deviations between 0.49% and 3.82%. The standard recoveries ranged from 97% to 103%. Soil samples with environmental control analysis, the results with the standard reference value.
