研究了球料比及球磨时间对铝基超腐蚀合金自腐蚀析氢的性能的影响。采用自组装装置测试了不同条件下制备的铝基四元超腐蚀合金的自腐蚀析氢性能,用XRD和SEM对结果进行了分析。结果表明:球料比为5∶1、球磨时间为60 h时,制备的铝基超腐蚀合金具有很好的自腐蚀析氢性能,自腐蚀析氢反应引发最快,并且在最短时间内迅速达到自腐蚀析氢最大值。
The effects of ball ratio and ball milling time on the performance of self-etching hydrogen evolution of aluminum-based superalloy were investigated. Self-assembly device was used to test the self-corrosion hydrogen evolution properties of the Al-based superalloys prepared under different conditions. The results were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the prepared Al-based superalloy has a good performance of self-corrosion hydrogen evolution when the ball-material ratio is 5:1 and ball milling time is 60 h, and the self-corrosion hydrogen evolution reaction leads to the fastest, Corrosion hydrogen maximum.
