分析了国内外甲醇生产发展状况,探讨了与人们生活息息相关的煤气化和天然气蒸汽转化的技术,结合我国丰富煤和天然气资源的优势,运用当前世界先进的流程模拟软件,对甲醇装置方案在设计上实现优化组合,将煤气化和天然气转化技术有机结合,以期达到节能减排和提高产品竞争力。在技术方案设计中,煤化工与天然气化工相融进行甲醇生产工艺的研究,优化合成气配比以满足甲醇合成要求,达到开辟能源综合利用的新思路。
The development of methanol production at home and abroad is analyzed. The technology of coal gasification and natural gas steam conversion, which is closely related to people’s life, is discussed. Combining with the advantages of abundant coal and natural gas resources in our country, using the world’s most advanced flow simulation software, On the realization of optimal combination of coal gasification and natural gas conversion technology, in order to achieve energy-saving emission reduction and improve product competitiveness. In the technical scheme design, the coal chemical industry and the natural gas chemical industry merge into the methanol production technology research, optimizes the syngas matching in order to meet the methanol synthesis request, achieves opens the new train of thought of the comprehensive utilization of energy.
