本文用放射免疫分析（RIA）检测了935名本院职工的乙肝病毒（HBV）血清标志物,并用聚合酶链反应检测技术（PCR）检测乙肝病毒DNA（HBV-DNA）进行对比分析,试图了解医务工作者HBV感染状态及找出医院预防保健服务重点。
In this paper, we detected the serum HBV markers of 935 workers in our hospital by radioimmunoassay (RIA), and compared HBV DNA with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Medical workers infected with HBV status and identify the focus of hospital preventive health services.
