各位代表:六一抗美援朝总会发出三大号召:普遍开展爱国公约运动,开展捐献飞机大炮运动,做好优抚工作,我们应积极响应。这三个工作是分不开的,都是很重要的工作,都是我们应该认真去做的。今天着重于报告关于开展爱国捐献的问题,以此来联络谈到其他两个问题。一、完成爱国捐献是一个光荣的任务,是我们应尽的责任。一年来我志愿军配合朝鲜人民军并肩作战,取得了伟大胜利,中朝人民的战斗力在一切方面都能完全压倒敌人,困难的只是我们志愿军的飞机大炮等武器不够多,为了使我们的英勇善战的志愿军,能以更小的牺牲,消灭更多的敌人,早日取得抗美战争的最后胜利,所以大家来积极捐献这些武器,是很必要的。这些胜利扭转了朝鲜战局,改变了整个世界的形势,有力地保护了我们的祖国,保障了四万万七千五百万人民的生命财产的安全,他们对祖国对
Distinguished Delegates: The June 1 Anti-U.S.Aid Korea General Assembly has issued three major calls: the universal patriotic convention movement, the donation of cannon artillery, and the special care work. We should respond positively. These three tasks are inseparable and are all important tasks. All we should do very well. Today, we focus on the issue of reporting on patriotic donations so that we can talk about the other two issues. First, to complete the patriotic donation is a glorious task, it is our responsibility. In the past year, my volunteer army fought shoulder to shoulder with the Korean People’s Army and won great victories. The combat effectiveness of the Chinese and DPRK people can completely overpower the enemy in all aspects. The only difficulty is that there are not enough weapons and cannon weapons such as our volunteer aircraft. In order to make our heroic and fierce war Volunteers can sacrifice more, destroy more enemies and win the ultimate victory of the war on airstrikes at an early date. Therefore, it is necessary that all of them voluntarily donate these weapons. These victories reversed the Korean war, changed the situation in the entire world, effectively protected our motherland and safeguarded the lives and property of 475 million people.
