以哌嗪为催化剂,芳香醛和丙二酸为原料,进行Knoevenagel合成反应,得到一系列的重要的有机合成中间体α,β-不饱和酸。产物通过1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、MS测试。此反应的特点是催化剂哌嗪的用量少,且价格低廉、低毒、反应温度较低、反应时间较短、有较高的产率(85%~95%)。
Piperazine as catalyst, aromatic aldehydes and malonic acid as raw materials, Knoevenagel synthesis reaction, a series of important organic synthesis intermediates α, β-unsaturated acid. The product was subjected to1HNMR, 13CNMR, IR, MS test. The reaction is characterized by a small amount of catalyst piperazine, and low price, low toxicity, lower reaction temperature, shorter reaction time, higher yield (85% ~ 95%).
