财政可持续发展,是指在财政收支稳定增长的基础上,通过不断调整、深化、创新财政体制和机制,确保财政运行能持续满足当前及未来经济社会发展对财力的正常需求。财政可持续发展是公共财政管理的基本要求,财政国库管理作为公共财政管理的重要组成部分,与财政可持续发展联系紧密,加强财政国库管理有利于促进财政可持续发展。
Fiscal sustainable development refers to ensuring that the financial operation can continuously meet the normal demand for financial resources of current and future economic and social development through continuously adjusting, deepening and innovating the financial system and mechanism on the basis of steady growth of fiscal revenues and expenditures. The sustainable development of finance is the basic requirement of public finance management. As an important part of public finance management, treasury management of finance is closely linked with the sustainable development of finance. Strengthening treasury management helps to promote the sustainable development of finance.
