圆锥破碎机中的直衬套、锥衬套,长期以来国内外都是用青铜类铜合金制造的。由于破碎机工作时,衬套受到复杂的载荷作用,常常产生裂纹或局部震碎而报废。使用寿命一般在半年左右,最高的使用一年,最低的用上二、三个月。铜套寿命如此之短,严重地影响了矿石产量,造成检修工作频繁,备件供应困难。这样,铜套寿命问题,就变成了长期存在于矿山上的老大难。
