为了探求酿酒葡萄品种北红和北玫在盐碱地的适应性,对天津市团泊洼地区栽培的北红和北玫生长结果表现进行观测。通过4年的观测结果表明:北红和北玫在盐碱地可以正常生长结果,栽植当年枝条长度超过170 cm,露地越冬后萌芽率70%以上;果实品质佳,早果、丰产性能好,栽后第2年开始结果,第4年667 m2产量500 kg左右;酿造的葡萄酒中白藜芦醇含量分别是非盐碱地的1.82、4.05倍。
In order to explore the adaptability of wine grape variety Beihong and Beimei in saline-alkali soil, the growth performance of Beihong and Beimei cultivated in Tuanpowa area of Tianjin was observed. According to the results of 4 years observation, the results showed that the growth of northern and northern rose in saline-alkali soil could be normal. The length of branch was more than 170 cm in planting year and more than 70% of the germination rate in the field after the winter. The fruit quality was good, the early fruit and high yield were good. The results of the second year, the fourth year 667 m2 yield of about 500 kg; brewed wine resveratrol content of non-saline alkali 1.82,4.05 times.
