新消防设计规范《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》(GB50974-2014)及《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016-2014)分别于2014年10月1日及2015年5月1日实施,原消防设计规范《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(GB50045-95)2005年版(以下简称<高规>)相应作废。现阶段有许多类似在此之前通过消防设计审批的工程,均未达到现有规范要求,且工程未竣工验收,虽然在行政审批上不受影响,但若能优化改善,对提高消防系统安全性有极大帮助。以江门市摩根国际消防系统为例,针对新规范要求较严格的水灭火系统的水泵选型、停泵水锤影响、消火栓系统及自动喷淋灭火系统设计等问题,提出了更加合理优化的设置。
