目的对分离自慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中的一株棒状样细菌进行多相分类学研究,确定其系统发生位置及分类学特征。方法利用形态、生理和生化特性等表型性状初步鉴定细菌,通过基因测序及比对明确其种系来源。结果分离、培养出革兰阳性棒状样杆菌,可形成芽胞;生化反应不活泼;BLAST序列比对显示,该分离株与坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌(Paenibacillus campinasensis)菌株324T的16SrDNA序列相似度为99.4%,仅存在9个核苷酸差异。结论从表型性状和种系发生结果可证实该菌为坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌。鉴于其与模式株在生化特征方面存在显著差异,初步考虑该菌株是坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌的新亚型。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a multi-phase taxonomy study of a rod-like bacterium isolated from prostatic fluid from patients with chronic prostatitis to determine its phylogenetic position and taxonomic characteristics. Methods Preliminary identification of bacteria using phenotypic traits such as morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics identified their germline sources by gene sequencing and alignment. The result showed that the gram-positive Corynebacterium sp. Was cultured and the spores were formed. The biochemical reaction was not active. The BLAST sequence alignment showed that the 16S rDNA sequence similarity of this isolate with that of Paenibacillus campinasensis strain 324T was 99.4%, there is only 9 nucleotide difference. Conclusion From the phenotypic traits and germline results can be confirmed that the bacteria Campylobacter is Bacillus. In view of its biochemical characteristics with the pattern of significant differences, initially considered this strain is a new subtype of Campylobacter.
