心电图心尖现象,亦称弧立负 T 综合征,为正常心电图的一种变异型。我们在2445例1月—19岁城市健康人体检中发现2例,现报道如下。例1 患者男性,18岁,身高163cm,胸围77cm,体重49.5kg。Bp100/65mmHg(13.3/8.7kPa)。胸骨左缘第5肋间锁骨中线处可见明显的心尖搏动,心肺听诊正常,心率60次/min。平卧位心电图(图1A)示:窦性心律,V_1R 波降
ECG apical phenomenon, also known as arc standing T syndrome, as a variant of the normal ECG. We found 2 cases in 2445 urban healthy people from January to 19 years old and are reported as follows.
