自1840年鸦片战争开始,资本主义列强相继侵入中国,采用军事、政治、经济和文化的种种手段侵占中国领土、掠夺中国财产,并与中国封建主义结合起来,残酷压迫中国人民,使独立的中国逐渐沦为半殖民地半封建社会。为摆脱外国列强侵略和封建主义压迫,中国先进分子一代又一代向西方资本主义学习,寻求救国真理,探索中国现代化的出路。
Since the Opium War of 1840, the capitalist powers invaded China by invading one after another. They have used military, political, economic and cultural means to encroach on Chinese territory and plundered their Chinese property. Combined with Chinese feudalism, they have brutally suppressed the Chinese people and made independent China Gradually reduced to semi-colonial semi-feudal society.
